MANAGEMENT TRAINEE - TRAINER ( MT – TR )
Qualifications :

• Male or Female, min Bachelor degree (S1) from reputable university with min GPA 3.00
• Max 27 years old
• Having minimum 2 years of experience in Training or 1 year in same position is preferred
• Strong competency in training management (training need analysis, training matrix, training implementation and evaluation) and delivery training
• Good communication and strong analytical
• Hard worker and able to work in a team 
• Willing to traveling all around branches of PT Indomobil FInance Indonesia
• Excellent supervisory, coordination and communication skills 
• Computer literate: MS Word, MS Excel, MS Power Point
