Job Description :

• Assist the HR Manager in the recruitment, retention processes
• Conduct pre-screening, interviews and manage on-boarding process
• Recruit and source an inventory of qualified and talented candidates
• Assist in maintaining HR information System / Manpower Management
• Generating reports as required.

Qualifications:

• Hold a Bachelor Degree (S1) in ECONOMICS/BUSINESS ADM/HRM
• min GPA > 3.00
• Excellent English, Excellent at giving presentation, Computer Literate in using MS Office
• Good interpersonal skills, Excellent analytical skills, dynamic and fast learner
• Willing to be placed in Cikarang
