Compensation and Benefit Supervisor
(Lippo Karawaci, Tangerang)
Responsibilities:

• You will be responsible for managing employee database and creating report to management

Requirements:

• Min. S1 degree from reputable University, preferably in Computerize Accounting, Informatics System, or Information Technology, with GPA min 2.75
• Male, max 25 years old
• Min. 2 years experience as Data Analyst
• Excellent in MS. Excel Formula
• Proficient in HRIS program would be an advantage
• Data oriented with strong interpersonal skills
• Willing to be placed at Lippo Karawaci, Tangerang

Site Supervisor

Requirements:

• Male, max 28 years old, min Bachelor Degree in Civil/ Mechanical/Electrical Engineering
• Min 2 years experiences in handling building projects
• Strong analytical skill & coordination skill
• Good communication & interpersonal skill
• Willing to travel, and also to be placed at Lippo Karawaci
